Patrick is a passionate and dedicated solicitor who first commenced employment with Frost and Associates as a Paralegal whilst undertaking his studies in 2017. In addition to his role as a paralegal and law student, Patrick also volunteered at his local Community Legal Centre where he would assist in providing advice in family law and criminal law matters.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowen University, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and is recognised as a legal practitioner by the Supreme Court of Western Australia. At Frost and Associates, Patrick has predominately provided advice and representation in the areas of family law and criminal law. Patrick has valuable experience instructing counsel for all matters, including trial, in the Family Court of Western Australia, Perth Magistrates Court and Perth Children’s Court.
Patrick has appeared in court for all aspects of financial and child-related family law matters, including but not limited to divorce applications, property matters, parenting arrangements for both married and de facto relationships, adoptions and restraining orders. Patrick has also appeared in court for many aspects of criminal law matters, including but not limited to assault charges, drug offences, fraud and sexual offences.
Patrick’s interests include playing all sports, more particularly rugby, travelling the world and theatre. Most importantly Patrick enjoys spending time with family and friends.
